People of Determination are the people who were formerly called special needs as outlined in the Federal Law No. 29 of 2006 Concerning the Rights of People with Special Needs in the UAE. These are the people who suffered temporary or permanent deficiency from physical, sensory, mental, communication and educational or psychological abilities.
